  • On behalf of our Association, I would like to commend our manager for the excellent work he continues to do for us. 2010 has been a year filled with financial challenges and difficulties for our Association due to the rising delinquencies that all associations are doubtless experiencing. The difference for us is that we have had sage advice from our manager to guide us in making our decisions about how to cut costs, proceed against homeowners who are not paying us, and how to present our budget to the community.
